4 SEASONAL WELLNESS CONSULTATIONS

60 minutes (4x), in-person or virtual

• 1:1 Ayurvedic wellness consultations for returning clients seeking guidance year-round, once each season or as required

• Tongue and nail assessments

• Discuss progress, challenges, or update your comprehensive health protocol based on current needs during each session

• Seasonal recommendations may include modified dietary and lifestyle recommendations

• Email support is available between sessions to help you reach your health goals

Prior to each seasonal wellness consultation, you must complete the following:

1. A brief intake form will be provided to you via email following your purchase. Kindly fill out the questionnaire regarding your current balance, health objectives, and any concerns you may have.

SERVICE CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Appointments booked online cannot be refunded.  If rescheduling an appointment is necessary, please contact me at hello@soul-equilibrium.com at least 48 hours in advance.  A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time.  A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling.  In either case, a refund will not be issued but I am happy to accommodate you to reschedule the appointment.

Ayurvedic health consultations are solely for the client’s educational and personal wellness purposes. I am not a doctor nor is it within my scope of practice to advise the client on medications or herbs prescribed by healthcare professionals. Please continue to take any medications from your medical doctor or specialists, and resume your regular appointments with them.
