About Me

As a first-generation Taiwanese immigrant, I often balance Eastern and Western values shaped by my bi-cultural upbringing. One of my favorite childhood memories is observing the women in my family make herbal soups in the kitchen to support their hormonal and digestive health. The simmering soup with its fragrant herbs and the lively conversations they shared while I listened felt soothing and empowering. This traditional knowledge of using food and herbs for healing introduced me to intuitive cooking as medicine.

Nourishing my own health through various modalities and supporting my daughter through her tough four-year journey with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to treat chronic eczema reinforced my belief in the life-altering benefits of alternative medicine such as TCM and Ayurveda. Assisting her with the challenges of eczema since infancy was difficult, but it led us to a natural healing path with food, herbs, and steady lifestyle practices. TCM offered us hope, while Ayurveda now provides us with practical tools for sustaining a better quality of life.

Overcoming our health challenges motivated me to pursue a comprehensive education in Ayurveda and healing modalities that intricately address both energy and psychology. This pursuit has allowed me to gain a deeper insight into the interrelationship among our physiological, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. As a lifelong Ayurveda student, I am committed to ongoing learning in this vast field of science.

As an Ayurvedic health counselor, I am dedicated to guiding clients in implementing therapeutic Ayurvedic practices tailored to their individual goals, whether that involves maintaining their health span or alleviating symptoms related to chronic health conditions. Clients are encouraged to resume regular visits with their healthcare professionals for any medical advice or concerns regarding their health, while integrating Ayurveda into their daily routines to facilitate a sense of well-being. When working with me, clients will incorporate gentle dietary and lifestyle practices into daily and seasonal routines at their own pace, with my guidance and support. Since Ayurveda is not a one-size-fits-all approach for healing, each client’s comprehensive health protocol will be customized for their unique constitution (body-mind type), life stage, and current imbalances.

Soul Equilibrium is a dedicated platform designed for women who feel empowered to let go of what no longer serves them, making space for healing and growth. This inclusive platform fosters a supportive environment, where we can all embrace our unique journeys with open MINDS and open HEARTS, encouraging personal and collective empowerment.

With gratitude,
